I lead the club. Priya ran our fall recruiting drive with me for two semesters.
What did she own?
The whole drive: the info session, the sign-ups and a schedule for eight interviewers.
How does she work with others?
Clear and early. She sends the plan before anyone asks for it.
Would you work with her again?
Yes

  • We source verified students and run the first-round interviews

A note from the founder.

“I started Delibity to help campus clubs run recruiting: the applications, the coffee chats, the interviews, the late-night votes. Along the way I got to know the students who run those clubs. They lead teams, manage real budgets and ship projects, all while carrying a full course load. Now you can hire them directly. Every applicant is verified first, so you’re only talking to real club members.”

Have a question before you post?

Email Paul at paul@delibity.com. He answers every one.

Where it's open

Schools around the country, wherever campus clubs run their recruiting on Delibity. Students with a confirmed school email can apply too.

Questions before you post.

What does it cost?

$149 to post a role, paid when you post it. There's no fee when you hire, however many students you hire through it. Reviewing applicants and asking for club references cost nothing more. If we run the search for you, book a call and we'll give you the price before any work starts.

How are students verified?

Their club lists them as an active member on Delibity, or they confirm a school email, which has to be renewed every September 15. Anyone else can look at roles but can't apply.

What can I see about applicants?

Name, school, class year, major, the clubs that list them, their answers and their resume. Their email shows after you shortlist them.

Do you see club recruiting data?

No. Club applications, interview scores and votes never reach a startup, and we never use them to rank students.

Can I post unpaid roles?

Yes. They're labeled Unpaid on the job board, and you confirm when you post that the role follows labor law where you hire.

Can I offer equity?

Yes. Choose Equity as the pay and write the terms in the description: how much, and how it vests. Students see them as you wrote them.

Do you handle pay or payroll?

No. You pay the student directly, on the terms you posted, and handle the paperwork (W-2 or 1099) as you would for any hire.

Can I talk to someone who knows the student?

Yes. Once you shortlist a student, ask for a club reference. The student picks an officer from their club, who writes a few short answers or takes a 15-minute call with you. Officers never share club applications, interview scores or votes.

How fast do applicants come?

We check every new company once, usually within a day. Then your role goes live, and students with job alerts on get it in that day's 5 PM email.

Which schools?

Schools around the country. Students are verified by a campus club that uses Delibity, or by a school email they confirm.

Can roles be remote?

Yes. Mark a role on campus, remote or hybrid.

Can I run a work trial or a take-home?

Yes. Ask for one in your screening questions, or post a short paid project first and hire from there.

Can I change a role after it's live?

Yes. Edit it from your dashboard and it stays live. Close it when you've hired.

Can I hire a whole club?

For a sign-up drive, a tabling day or an event, yes. Tell us what you need and we find a club that fits.

Post today. Students see it at 5.

$149 to post, no fee when you hire. Every applicant is a verified member of a campus club or has a confirmed school email.

The next student alert goes out at 5 PM Eastern.
